😷 These are very worrying times and we MUST all do our very best to follow national guidelines for protecting ourselves and those around us from Covid-19.

But there is MUCH more we can do for our immune system and create resilient, whole-health to protect us from within, by optimising our nutrition and making important lifestyle changes that could ultimately be health – and life – saving.

Our immune system is a complex network of cells and proteins – our heroic, in-built defence mechanism against infections and viruses. It is primed to respond to fend off these viruses, but can only do so effectively if we keep it strong and resilient. If we don’t, it becomes a victim.

Immune resilience is the capacity for our immune system to respond to external challenges (such as the Covid-19 pandemic) and return to a healthy state of wellbeing.

We are what we eat and how we live: when we support our immune system from within – with optimum nutrition from whole, real, fresh foods and a health creating lifestyle – our immune system is our hero, not a victim.

I am truly grateful for my years’ of training and experience in this field and to be able to share my knowledge to help others.

With this Immune Resilience Series, I’m making a commitment to my subscribers to provide helpful evidence-based information and insights into how we can help our immune system to respond to external challenges (such as the Covid-19 pandemic) and return to a healthy state of wellbeing.

Ultimately, our health is in our own hands but creating and maintaining health cannot be done alone. The longest journey started with the smallest step and that road is easier together…. so please, share this series.
