Conversations About Health with Nutritionist Chris Sandel

We’re so pleased to welcome Chris Sandel, an Australian nutritionist based in Kent, UK to our Conversations About Health.

Chris, of works mainly online and has clients all around the world.  He not only has a great understanding of nutrition in general, but is also an expert in the psychology surrounding disordered relationships with food.

For us, Chris is a voice of reason among the ‘experts’ confusing us all about what to eat!   With his own podcast, Real Health Radio, we frequently tune in to hear him educate listeners on nutrition and health topics.  Listening to Chris’ podcasts has encouraged our own research on how we, as a society, have been conditioned into following ‘diets’ that are plain unhealthy and have come to see weight loss as a final destination and not a part of the journey back to health and well-being.
