Covid-19 IMMUNE SUPPORT SERIES is offered from my heart to yours, to help us through these very worrying times. We MUST all do our very best to follow guidelines for protecting ourselves and those around us from contracting or transmitting the virus... but we can do more.

Our state of mind and motivation, what we eat, how we sleep, how and how much we move, rest and very importantly, how we keep connected at this time is critical to supporting or undermining our immune system at this time.

This is the first post of my Covid19 Immune Support Series - a series of regular collated from trusted sources around the web and offered here to support you at this challenging time.


Our health starts from WITHIN and there is much we can all do to support our immune system and create resilient, holistic health to protect us from external threats. Understanding how to optimise our nutrition and make important lifestyle changes could ultimately be health - and life - saving.

I am truly grateful for my years' of training and experience in this field and to be in a position to share my knowledge to help others. So I'm making a commitment to post each day with helpful evidence-based information and insights around the elements of holistic health and how we can help ourselves and... support each other too.

You can support others by sharing this series with your family, friends and wider communities... the information in this series will help everyone, at any age. Our health is in our own hands, but creating and maintaining health cannot be done alone. The longest journey started with the smallest step and that road is easier together.


Our risk for contracting communicable diseases like the Covid-19 virus increases when our immune system is weak and a weakened immune system is largely the result of a less than optimal diet and an unsupportive lifestyle. Even as we are experiencing this current crisis, we are also seeing underlying epidemics of chronic diseases of every kind - diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, degenerative, digestive and autoimmune disorders across the globe. These conditions too, are largely diet and lifestyle-driven and they are preventable.

We need to act now
