In the UK we’re now joining our friends from Europe and other parts of the world and entering another period of isolation, anxiety and uncertainty. And at this time of year (autumn/winter in the UK) this heralds a period of not only emotional but also physical ‘darkness’ too.

With this in prospect, it would be easy to fall into despondency and see the glass as ‘half-empty’ … completely empty… or even as having no glass at all.

I don’t want this for you! 

I want you to know that, as difficult as it might be, we can ALL reframe this period as another opportunity. Another opportunity to take responsibility and take action to improve our health with what we eat and how we live.
