  1. Put all the dry ingredients into the bowl of a food processor (or you can use a stick blender) with a little of the bone broth and whiz until smooth.
  2. Over a low heat, warm the bone broth and whisk in the avocado mixture and egg yolk, if using. Heat until a comfortable drinking temperature, whisking well all the time.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste and enjoy yourself!
