I have been struggling with my weight for 20+years, tried all the usual routes SW, WW, low carb etc, I would lose weight only to put it all back on again. I’ve studied and read so many articles on nutrition, I thought I knew what to eat but still struggled to make it happen.

I found Izabella through Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s FB Group, her approach to health and lifestyle really appealed to me. I had tried a nutritionist but needed more than just ‘what to eat’, I needed help with my overall health and wellbeing and to get to the bottom of why I couldn’t make those good lifestyle choices and make them stick.

I had an initial call with Izabella and she put me at ease straight away. She explains things in an easy to understand way and is not condescending or judgemental. She has had her own struggles with health and her holistic approach to health and wellbeing is just what I needed.

What I like is that she works with her clients to tailor her advice based on your specific needs, I didn’t need too much help on what to eat but still got some great tips on where I could improve in that area. For me, the key is that this is not a quick fix, its learning a whole new way to approach my health that is sustainable.  Adding small habits slowly and changing things other than just food choices.

I’ve been working with Izabella for a few weeks and am already putting into practice her recommendations. One of my key challenges was sleep and I have had my eyes opened to new ways I can improve in that area – I had no idea part of my sleep problem was that I was not feeding my body the right nutrients and lack of energy was waking me up at 3 am! I was struggling mentally to implement some of the changes during the lockdown and a follow-up call with Izabella enabled me to refocus on small changes instead of my usual all or nothing approach.

Anyone who needs more than just a diet plan can benefit from Izabella’s support and advice.  Her book alone opened my eyes to how beneficial real food can be and how our food has changed over time.  The Kimchi recipe is delicious and I had forgotten how delicious Raw milk was!
