I drink OJ daily, powered up with sprinkle of sea salt (to aid hydration and down-regulate stress hormones) and a teaspoon of powdered gelatin (collagen hydrolysate – to support the liver with non-inflammatory amino acids glycine, proline, glutamic acid and alanine). But, buyer beware – there’s real orange juice and then, there’s the fake stuff passed off...
