We talked about ‘real food’, why I wrote my book and the growing consensus amongst health-led organisations like The Real Food Campaign UK, The UK Health Coaches Association (UKHCA) and The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), that real food IS medicine.
